Kirra O’Brien joined the firm in 2009, bringing over 13 years of diverse experience in brokerage, construction, development, land-use consulting and project management. Her accomplishments include more than 500 closed transactions, construction of over 300 single family homes, and rehabilitation and disposition of 52 single and multifamily personal investment properties. Additionally, she has overseen the entitlement and construction of 15 major real estate developments. Ms. O’Brien specializes in multifamily investments in the western Los Angeles County region.

Mr. Geiger is a 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, his experience spans brokerage, development, syndication, financing and entitlements. Mr. Geiger’s broad-based experience in all aspects of portfolio management and his strategic, problem-solving focus brings added value to the transactional process. Throughout his career, he has developed and brokered hundreds of millions of dollars worth of commercial properties, hotels, and multi-housing projects in several states. Among his most notable projects was the development of the 30-story Burbank Tower in Toluca Lake, California.
